Ernie is such a good boy. Despite his young age, he is somewhat an old soul. We have no idea what has happened to him in his first few months of life or why someone wouldn't want him, but he is still trusting of humans. He warms up quickly and just wants to be touched, pet and paid attention to.
Just a few minutes of meeting him he was licking one of our volunteers and coming over to be pet. We gave hm a much needed bath whch he took like a champ and without any grumbling. He is being crate trained and has not had any accidents.
He is recovering from kennel cough and will be neutered once he is feeling better. We are accepting applications for him and will be meeting people once he is ready to be adopted.
